Basement Waterproofing

We used AMC911 atlas twice over the course of a few years. First they found a cracked foundation by the river birch which we ended up cutting down because it was way too close to our house. A few years later, we noticed our doors were sticking. We called Rob (our foundation guy) who recognized our initial issue and diagnosed our issue on the house. We ended up putting steel pillars under our house, which sits on the slab. He was very understanding, returning to our house to explain what he thought the issue was multiple times. He was very kind, professional, and trusted. After service care was excellent as well. He made sure we understood what was going on, what was done ro our house, and what to look for. We talked to 2 other companies before we decided to use AMC911.

After speaking with several foundation repair companies, we chose AMC911 due to the professionalism and honesty of the sales rep, Dan Baxter, who evaluated the issues and solutioned the problem. The office staff was always helpful. The crew was professional and timely. We were also able to easily finance the project through them. I would recommend AMC911 to family and friends.

We recently had a problem with moisture under our home and AMC911 came to the rescue. From the salesman to the office staff to the installation crew all of the above were wonderful and we thank them very much for all of their hard work. We had a vapor barrier installed and a dehumidifier. So far everything is working nicely and the underneath of our house is moisture free. We would recommend this company to our family or friends. We used AMC911 to repair our foundation. Company was very professional, I felt that the salesman was very knowledgeable and thorough in his inspection. When the crew came to do the work they were respectful of our property and efficiently did the repair.

Their work was on schedule and thorough. They were courteous throughout, and even did a few extras on the spot to help out. They left the site clean and even restored the corner of my deck they had to remove for the work.
