I had noticed things happening to my house; large cracks in walls and ceilings, bouncy spots in the floor, doors out of plumb, and exterior cracks. I called AMC911 for a free estimate. Aaron came out within a couple days. He explained thoroughly what he was going to do and got to work. My house is single level with a large footprint. He was not able to finish in the allotted time and returned the next day. About a week later he returned with a selection of estimates to go over. Prior to this he sent me a collection of photos. My house basically was resting on piers that looked like Jenga blocks. He presented the estimates and the pros and cons of each. We arrived at a consolidated plan giving the best value for my budget. After permits were issued, Jonathan and his crew got to work. In 4 days they were done, except for city inspection. Cracks came together in spots, doors stayed open or closed and the floors were level again. My family felt safer and more secure. Jon was excellent! We were having language issues regarding our retaining wall and a contractor. Jon actually took our drawing and redid it all in Spanish! OMG, where has Jon been all this time. First and foremost, this was not AMC911's contract. We are out of state and in desparation i found AMC911's information. That is how I met Jon.
